This page will be updated regularly with more pictures and more food I am planning to make available to order. My dishes are made fresh and from scratch the day before my market/delivery. Pizza is always cooked right before the market or delivery.
Lasagne – £5
Lasagne Base Ingredients: Durum Wheat lasagne sheet, home made Besciamella sauce (milk, butter and spices), cheese including grana Padano.
Choice of vegetable fillings: Organic vegetables from Cherry Garden Farm shop such as: courgettes, pumpkin, spinach, kale or plain Mutti tomato.
More filling available including meat on request.
My Ragu’ di Carne (Bolognese sauce) is made with Organic plain pork and beef from Tablehurst Farm shop, organic vegetables from Cherry Garden Farm shop, Mutti tomato and extra virgin olive oil.
Cook at around 160°/180° in preheated oven for 15/20 minutes. I can also cook my lasagne for you if preferred.
My lasagne are made the day before the market or -possibly – on the day of delivery.
Gnocchi alla Romana – £3.50
Semolina flour, milk, spices including nutmeg, eggs, grana padano cheese. Place inside the oven for approximately 15 minutes at around 160°.
Aubergine and Courgette Parmigiana £5
Aubergines or Courgettes coated in breadcrumbs and fried in Peanut oil, layered in Mutti tomato passata, cheddar cheese, mozzarella and spices. Cook at around 160° pre-heated oven for 15/20 minutes.
Rice Balls / Arancini £2.50 each
Arboreo rice, chicken broth, spices including saffron and nutmeg, egg, cheddar and grana padano cheese. The rice balls are coated in flour, eggs , breadcrumbs and fried in peanut oil. Re-heat inside oven for around 15 minutes at low temperature (approx. 140°) or heat up using microwave.
Sourdough Tray pizza £20 with toppings and £18 plain margherita – 30×40 cm tray min weigh 750 g
My sourdough pizza on the tray is made with the finest organic flour Mulino Mariano and Mutti chopped tomatoes. As vegetable topping, I use Cherry Garden farm shop own organic vegetables including potatoes. My pizza is always baked right before my markets or deliveries. Once reheated (preferably using an oven – 140/150°) and it tastes as if you just made it!
Fresh egg pasta £ 1.50 x 100g
made with locally produced free range eggs (Jokey farm – Rusthall) and “00” flour. I offer three cuts: Tagliatelle and Taglierini (pictured below) and pappardelle (largest cut) picture coming soon. My pasta is made the evening before or on the day of delivery/market.
Walnut sauce £3.50
A typical Genovese sauce used as the perfect condiment to a traditional stuffed pasta dish called – Pansotti al sugo di noci -. This sauce can be used as condiments for any kind of pasta or can simply be eaten on its own.
