I hope to see you tomorrow at Cherry Garden farm shop in Groombridge with: sourdough Pizza by the slice with different toppings and sourdough stone baked Pizza made on the spot as the weather is supposed to be really nice tomorrow. Kate has a few wonderful tables and a perfect setting for you to enjoy my pizza right there. I have also made a few – Melanzane alla parmigiana – and a few lasagne with zucchini and Mutti tomato sauce. I have not made many so come early (11am start) or drop me a line if you wish me to save you some. I am also bringing sourdough focaccine with rosemary, olives and plain. Pizza and focaccine will be made early in the morning and freshly baked right before the market. My tray sourdough pizza dough is already in the fridge to prove for 24 hours so that it will be super digestible. The flour I have used is Organic Mulino Marino.
