Just the way it should be
A little late but I wish you all a very happy New Year and hope your Christmas was peaceful and serene. I personally had a very busy time hosting family guests and a great time preparing food for them trying my best to make their Christmas a very special one. I am very exited to be back at Penshurst Market next Saturday February 6th.
I have just come up with a new “hot” idea. Having a husband who is originally from the Caribbean, over the years I have become accustomed to a pepper called scotch bonnet. In the Italian kitchen hot peppers are always very welcome especially in the southern part of the country. I have always known that hot peppers (in the right quantity) have a large spectrum of good health benefits .The scotch bonnet is a variety of the “capsicum” peppers and I would like to offer to my customers for my next market a hint of this wonderful pepper inside my organic ravioli filling.I am also going to bring my tray pizza but this time I will enrich the dough adding a few organic potatoes. I hope to see you there.
