Getting ready for this coming Penshurst Farmer Market…

Hi all.

I am starting to get very exited about this coming market. I have decided to bring a new thing…stuffed vegetables! Zucchine, onions and possibly tomatoes and aubergines if I can find them small size. I will be starting making panettoni tonight. I should have about 16 Minanesi and at least 8 of the Genovesi. Reservation are  welcome to avoid disappointment. I will bring vegetarian Lasagne, Venison stuffed pasta, Pansotti, Pumpkin filled pasta and plain.  Wild boar, venison ragu, walnut sauce and parmigiana. See you soon. Thank you. Lara


Panettone Milanese. It could not be fresher! They came out of the oven last night. After cooling off overnight, here they are nicely wrapped ready for you. Buon Natale a tutti!
